  • Beskrivelse: Wealthy Anna and poor young doctor Vangelis are enjoying their love and making plans for the future. However, Anna’s father wants to marry her off to an older cardiologist who is a family friend – primarily because she has a heart condition which could prove fatal should she become pregnant. When Vangelis hears the news, he agrees to take her as a wife, without consumating the marriage until he continues his studies to become a heart surgeon and cure her. After three years of study abroad, he returns to Greece and performs the difficult surgery with success. After overcoming such a great hurdle in life, the young couple can now enjoy their life and love.
